Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active LPN or RN license in Missouri
  • Experience or interest in behavioral health or substance use treatment

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications (oral, injectable, and self‑administered) according to protocol
  • Conduct physical and mental health nursing assessments
  • Complete psychiatric screenings and document findings in the EHR
  • Monitor medication inventory, complete counts, and coordinate refills
  • Communicate with clients and providers regarding medication needs
  • Assist with basic lab work and phlebotomy as needed
  • Maintain accurate medical and medication records
  • Support infection control and client hygiene practices
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
