As a Critical Environment Technician in the Regional Operations Center, your mission is to be at the center of operations, ensuring the integrity and performance of our state-of-the-art datacenters. You will be the first point of contact for handling critical incidents and alarms, collaborating with local teams and leveraging advanced monitoring tools to restore services swiftly and efficiently. Your role is pivotal in incident management—you identify resolutions, provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate the allocation of resources to resolve complex support escalations. By documenting issues and sharing feedback, you help prevent future incidents and continually improve customer support experiences.
