We are seeking a CRM Data Analyst to transform CRM and related business data into clear, actionable insights for sales and revenue teams. In this role, you will design dashboards and reporting that support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking, while partnering with leaders to define meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career data analyst (2+ years experience) who is eager to deepen their analytical skills and take on increasingly meaningful work. You’ll go beyond building reports - you’ll help shape how teams interpret and use data to make better decisions, delivering practical, trusted insights that create measurable business impact. This role sits within the Global CRM Solutions team and reports to the SVP, Global CRM & Business Solutions. As part of this collaborative team, you’ll gain hands ‑ on exposure and mentorship from experienced Business Intelligence professionals, while building practical experience with tools such as Power BI and SQL.
