We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious CRM Associate to support our CRM efforts for our glasses business. You will play a crucial role in supporting customer relationship management by executing email and SMS campaigns, leveraging behavioral signals to build customer segments, and analyzing engagement metrics to improve retention and conversion. This role will support strategic testing within frequency, timing and message relevance to drive awareness and customer growth. The successful candidate will have a track record of partnering with marketing, design, technical and operational teams to drive business impact. You have a history of contributing to the execution of successful marketing campaigns, the ability to organize and track multiple high-impact projects in a shared project management space, and a commitment to excellence in both oral and written communication
