The CRM Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of omni-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail. This role owns campaign setup, segmentation, calendars, testing, and performance analysis to drive retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is highly executional, detail-oriented, and analytically strong, with hands-on experience building campaigns, managing complex workflows, and optimizing performance in a fast-paced environment.
