About the position

Orchard is seeking a dynamic CRM Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that help improve conversion throughout our sales and transaction funnel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and more) to drive CRM initiatives aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This is a Full Time role reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion, continually testing to build new learnings.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email (90%) & SMS (10%), to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and offers, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, design, engineering, and more to ensure the right message is delivered at the right cadence to the right individual.
  • Technology: Utilize Orchard's CRM tools and platforms (Iterable, Segment, Salesforce, Looker) as a part of the end-to-end campaign process.
  • Compliance: Institute and maintain industry best practices across CRM platforms and channels, ensure compliance with relevant email & SMS regulation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or customer strategy
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems with a customer focus
  • Prioritization focused approach that concentrates on high-impact projects and tasks
  • Ability to analyze data to determine the 'why' behind results and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional project management skills
