About The Position
We're looking for a detail-obsessed CRM & Patient Engagement Specialist to own our patient database and communications from end to end. You'll live in our CRM every single day — managing pipelines, building automations, tracking leads, and making sure no patient ever falls through the cracks. If you love clean data, smart follow-up systems, and turning inquiries into loyal long-term patients, this role was made for you.
Requirements
- Educated to GED level
- Previous experience working in Customer Serving environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a medical setting is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CRM daily - data entry, tagging, pipeline management, and hygiene
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, show rates, and patient lifetime value
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to keep CRM status and notes current
- Handle inbound inquiry routing across phone, text, email, and DM
