The QA Analyst will be embedded within the I&T CRM team, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of CRM and associated applications. This role focuses on validating configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, and business processes through a combination of manual, automated, and AI‑assisted testing practices. Advancing skills in test automation, AI‑assisted testing, and CI/CD integration. Increasing ownership and influence over QA standards and practices across the I&T organization.

Requirements

  • Understanding of relational database concepts, data quality principles, and the ability to validate data using relational databases.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Experience writing and executing IT and business‑driven test plans.
  • Test design and analysis: Ability to design meaningful test cases, with openness to AI assisting in generating variations, edge cases, and exploratory test ideas.
  • Defect identification and triage: Skill in identifying true defects, assessing severity and impact, and distinguishing between code issues, data issues, and test limitations.
  • Working knowledge of Agile SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, including how automated testing integrates into them.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of QA practices and continuously improve testing effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and business processes.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Ability to review and validate data flows and integrations.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness across QA practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a hands‑on individual contributor within a cross‑functional team of developers, QA counterparts across the organization, and business stakeholders, owning and maintaining testing suites and practices.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate solutions from both a technical and business perspective.
  • Follow established quality assurance methodologies by: Reviewing business and functional requirements. Creating and/or contributing to test plans and test cases. Executing test scenarios and documenting defects and findings.
  • Validate configurations and solutions using a combination of manual testing, automated testing, and AI‑assisted testing techniques, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to validate system behavior, data integrity, and integration points.
  • Support release validation and post‑deployment verification in partnership with DevOps and development teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including coordination, defect triage, and verification of fixes.
  • Participate in user training efforts and support business rollouts as needed.
  • Recommend system improvements, enhancements, and quality best practices.
  • Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure test requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
  • Consult with business users to understand current processes and clarify system objectives.
  • Communicate test results, risks, and quality concerns clearly and effectively.
  • Work independently on assigned testing efforts while actively collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate with quality resources across the I&T department and broader organization to define, implement, and maintain QA standards.
