Reporting to the Executive Director of Development Information Systems, this role ensures the CRM platform supports business processes, maintains data integrity, and scales effectively to meet long-term organizational needs. The CRM Solutions Architect collaborates with stakeholders across departments to align CRM capabilities with strategic objectives and integrates the system with other enterprise applications.
