The Senior CRM Solution Manager is responsible for providing solutions for business needs on the Salesforce platform. You will drive how we use Salesforce to sell to our B2B customers and onboard them. You will work with stakeholders to evaluate existing Salesforce capabilities and identify initiatives to add new capabilities and improve their processes and experience. This role is based in our North American office in Jacksonville, FL and offers a flexible hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of 3 in office days and 2 remote working days in the work week.
