Requirements

• CRMA Certificate (40-hour) or PSS Certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in assisted living or direct care
• State of Maine Certified CRMA/PSS (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Memory care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide supportive care (CRMA)
• Offer companionship, support, and advocacy for residents
• Deliver person-centered care in a home-like setting
• Engage residents in meaningful activities
