Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Benefits
- W2 Salary (based on experience): 0–2 yrs: $235,040 2–5 yrs: $260,000 5+ yrs: $312,000
- Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
- Relocation assistance/allowance available up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates receipts required
- Opportunity for extra shifts with increased compensation
- Premium pay for weekend and evening hours
- PTO : 7 weeks (includes CME)

- CME Allowance : $ 1 ,000/year
