About The Position

Operate, monitor, and adjust crushing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably. Support material handling activities, including loading, stockpiling, and clean‑up. Identify and communicate equipment or safety issues promptly. Follow all safety procedures to maintain a compliant and hazard‑free worksite.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to monitor equipment performance.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor, and fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established procedures.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
