Crusher Plant Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety. Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations.
Requirements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures.
- Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments.
- Capability to perform equipment checks, identify issues, and support basic maintenance.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, physically active settings with changing priorities.
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills to support daily production goals.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
