We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Radiology CT Supervisor to lead our CT technologists, optimize daily operations, and support ongoing growth and innovation in diagnostic imaging.

Requirements

  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology - CT
  • 3+ years of CT experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to oversee teams and workflows in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise CT staff in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to safety protocols, and exceptional patient care.
  • Create staff schedules, assign workloads, and monitor department flow to maintain high productivity and imaging quality.
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing feedback to technologists using the FAST model (frequent, accurate, specific, and timely feedback)
  • Maintain equipment, manage QC protocols, and ensure all staff follow state, ACR, and accreditation guidelines.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, support career development, and engage in crucial conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, promptly address patient and visitor concerns, and champion satisfaction initiatives.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between staff and upper management sharing updates, wins, and challenges regularly.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, manage EMR schedule templates, and act as a department Superuser for new applications.
  • Weekly updates to Manager regarding team performance and challenges
  • Monthly collection and analysis of QI metrics
  • Active participation in supervisor and interdepartmental meetings
  • Oversight of compliance with all protocols and documentation standards
