SUMMARY OF JOB Under the Direct supervision of the Supervisor, Technologist provides Radiologic care to patients by performing Cat Scan exams for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment while performing high quality images for interpretation by the Radiologist. Requirements

  • Graduate of a two year A.M.A. approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • A.R.R.T. (American Registry Radiologic Technology) Certification.
  • New graduates - 1 year from hire to pass CT boards.
  • Formal cross sectional anatomy education preferred.
  • CPR Certified
  • Basic knowledge of computers preferred
  • One hour of annual stroke education
  • A.R.R.T. Certifications
  • Must maintain 24 CEU’s every two (2) years
  • Stroke Education: (1) hour annually

Nice To Haves

  • Formal cross sectional anatomy education preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computers preferred

Responsibilities
