About The Position

Join a collaborative, physician-owned outpatient clinic as a PRN CT Technologist and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a supportive environment. Why You’ll Love This Role Provide essential coverage for vacation, sick, and leave time while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule Work in a professional, team-oriented outpatient setting Collaborate closely with experienced technologists, nurses, and radiologists Gain experience with a variety of diagnostic CT procedures in a low-stress, outpatient environment The PRN CT Technologist works under minimal supervision to assist the Lead CT technologist in performing diagnostic CT procedures for patients; works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel; assists with PACS and outside films; and routes patients and/or their images to the appropriate nurse's station. Clinic hours: Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Graduation from a certified Radiological Technology Program
R.T. Certification
Must set reasonable goal to obtain CT certification by the A.R.R.T as agreed upon hire.

2 years’ experience, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic procedures as required: achieve a high level of image quality
Be observant for scan artifacts and keep them to a minimum
Obtain patient history as needed
Proficient IV skills
Other job duties as assigned by Director and/or CT Lead
