CT Technologist : Weekends

Schedule: 7:30am-8:00pm, Fri, Sat, Sun Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00, based on experience Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision; retirement plan with matching; free parking. Requirements
- AAS degree in Radiology Technology or completion of a 2-year AMA-approved school of radiographic technology required.
- American Registry Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
- Current, valid NYS License required.
- BLS certification required.
- New York State Radiological Technologist IV certification within 6 months.
- 1 year of experience in CT within a healthcare facility is preferred, but we will consider exceptional new graduate Rad Tech candidates.
Nice To Haves
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality Computed Tomography examinations independently.
- Coordinate CT services effectively within and outside the Health System.
- Provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and staff information.
- Adhere to all NYSDOH and JCAHO radiation guidelines and hospital safety practices.
- Actively support hospital goals and embody our CARES values.
