Heartline Staffing is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for the following opportunity.

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography, general radiology, and fluoroscopy procedures, including portable imaging, to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation. This role supports patients across all age groups and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to established imaging protocols.

The CT Technologist ensures accurate patient positioning, prepares equipment, administers contrast as ordered, monitors patient condition, and documents exam data accurately within imaging systems. This role includes collaboration with physicians, adherence to radiation safety standards, and participation in continuing education to maintain clinical competency.

Schedule:
This position requires rotating shifts, rotating weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage to support 24/7 operations.

Compensation:
Base pay varies based on experience.
Mid-grade hourly rate is approximately $33.30.
Evening shift differential is $2.75 per hour.
Night shift differential is $3.25 per hour.
Weekend day differential is $2.50 per hour.
Weekend evening differential is $4.00 per hour.
Weekend night differential is $4.50 per hour.
A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Relocation assistance is available based on distance from the primary work location.

Requirements

• Completion of an AMA-accredited Radiology Technology program required
• ARRT Registered Radiographer (R) certification required
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation
• Virginia Radiologic Technologist licensure required within 90 days of hire for non-hospital-based applicants

Nice To Haves

• Two years of clinical experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting preferred
• ARRT CT (CT) registry certification required within two years of hire
