Westhaven, now managed by Cassia, is hiring a Culinary Director to help lead our team! Known for our small-town and tight-knit, mission-driven culture, Westhaven is a place where relationships matter and employees feel valued. This is an excellent leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, quality food service, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults. As the Culinary Director, you will oversee daily operations of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure exceptional dining experiences and high-quality nutritional care for our residents. You will lead and supervise culinary staff, coordinate menus with dietitians, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with food service regulations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience, prior commercial cooking experience, strong communication skills, and a ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
