About The Position

We are hiring a dependable and detail oriented Cultivation Assistant to help care for our plants from seedling to harvest and to keep our facility clean, organized, and audit ready.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in following SOPs to produce healthy plants and top tier product.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand motions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in humid and variable temperature environments.
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.
• Availability for a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cultivation, greenhouse, nursery, or agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clone, transplant, feed, prune, harvest, trim, and cure plants following established SOPs.
• Record batch data, plant movements, and weights to support seed to sale compliance.
• Help monitor room conditions and irrigation metrics and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain clean rooms, tools, and equipment and dispose of waste according to policy.
• Assist with pest management tasks and document activities as directed.
• Work with the team to stage rooms and prepare for the next day's production.
