The Culture Specialist, Wellbeing Specialist is a passionate and skilled wellbeing advocate who will report to the Dir, TM & Clinician Wellbeing and will provide coordination and support for team member and clinician wellbeing programs and services. This includes coordinating and administering various programs focused around team member and clinician wellbeing; coordinating activities and initiatives related to team member and clinician wellbeing committees, and ensuring coordination of clinician wellbeing events.This valued team member will work in a hybrid role; a typical week could look like two days a week in a remote setting, two days a week rounding with team members or coordinating on-site events in various regional health care settings and one day collaborating with the culture team in the network office. These efforts will support a vibrant and thriving culture and meaningful team member experience that is grounded in wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or healthcare setting.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational/time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must have an innovative spirit and ability to think differently.
  • Works with purpose and is driven to provide the best team member experience.
  • Enjoys working with teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
  • Some evening and overnight work.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day development and programmatic support of team member and clinician wellbeing programs in alignment with our mission.
  • Provides programmatic support for innovative and coordinated wellbeing strategy, through meaningful collaboration and partnership with HMH subject matter experts, to clearly align and package programs, services, and resources within the unique HMH framework to enhance wellbeing of team members and clinicians.
  • Assesses the needs of team members and provides frontline support that nurture culture and wellbeing, through meaningful rounds within the assigned region. Tracks feedback and follow-up items to assist the team in the development of solutions and new initiatives.
  • Coordinates and provides on-site support at all large scale and special events within the assigned region.
  • Responds to inquiries, connects with Culture and Wellbeing Champions, and attends at least one Culture and Wellbeing Circle meeting for each Champion per quarter.
  • Cross trains on key responsibilities of each Culture Specialist to provide meaningful support on the frontline during rounds and team member interactions in assigned region.
  • Supports an integrated and 'for all' strategy for team member and clinician wellbeing, with a focus on tailoring programs for different team member, clinician, and physician groups based on voice of the customer
  • Coordinates existing wellbeing programs including 24/7 Team Member Line, WeCare, Safe Spaces, Clinician Experience Project, PELA.
  • Collaborates with the team and other leaders to tailor existing programs to enhance wellbeing for specific clinical audiences, including HMH's engagement and recognition platforms, HMH benefits, EPIC.
  • Supports committees which will be advisory to the strategic plan and its execution.
  • Supports and implements key collaborative strategies with internal and external partners to assess and address alignment opportunities related to wellbeing at HMH.
  • Coordination of events, services, and reporting for team member and clinician wellbeing.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to highlight team members in network communications and meetings by attending different sites, events, and programs for dedicated division/region.
  • Handles the shipping/delivery of supplies for quarterly events with Culture and Wellbeing Champions for assigned region.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
  • Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
