Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior production or warehouse work preferred.
• Active listening and critical thinking skills
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Pairs up fillers to covers and then matches up with the correct frame.
• Ensures production floor is stocked with cushions for orders.
• Fills pillows and cushions with materials according to order details using filling machine or metal rod.
• Estimates amount of filler blown into cover by either timing blower or weighing pillows or cushions.
• May stuff covers by hand.
• Receives supplier deliveries.
• All other duties as assigned.
