We’re looking for a hard-working, reliable, and motivated team member who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless and helping our guests feel comfortable. Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the camp and responding to guest requests, continuing in our effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, the team is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: cleaning cabins, offices, meeting spaces, and restrooms. Cleaning includes but is not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, scrubbing toilets and showers, as well as emptying trash. Housekeepers are expected to be efficient in cleaning and following a cleaning schedule. Camp is a fast paste environment, and applicants need to be flexible and respond to cleaning issues as assigned. The position answers to a supervisor who makes the weekly schedule. Typical work week is 8:00 to 4:30pm. Weekends’ work should be anticipated, holidays and evenings are possible. Days and hours may vary, your schedule may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn housekeeping and basic maintenance skills
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance, or camp experience preferred but not required.
Valid California Driver's License preferred
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (may be provided)
