Full-Time, Year-Round We are seeking a hands-on Custodian Manager to lead daily custodial operations within our fast-paced resort environment. This is a leadership-focused role that requires strong people management, training, and motivational skills. Our Custodian team consists of two year-round employees and up to 15 seasonal team members during peak winter and summer seasons. Due to the seasonal nature of the business, staff turnover is high. This role is ideally suited to a leader who enjoys building teams from the ground up, onboarding new employees frequently, and creating a positive, motivated culture in a constantly evolving workforce. Success in this role requires someone who excels at training and mentoring young seasonal workers—many of whom may be in their first job or may not have industry experience. The Custodian Manager must be able to engage, motivate, and inspire team members to take pride in their work and understand the critical role they play in the guest experience. Join us and play a key role in delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests year-round.
