About The Position
Qualifications: High school graduate/GED or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Ability to plan and supervise the work of others; experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning/housekeeping operation preferred Basic computer skills required Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience; experience as a semi-skilled handyman preferred Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; and ability to get along well with others. Pay Rate: Custodian Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position) Assignment: Full time / 12 months / 245 days Start Date: This position is effective with the 2025-2026 school year
