About The Position

Facilities Management is hiring Custodial team members to work in our Custodial Services division. Custodial Services performs routine and specialized services, ensuring a healthy and clean environment to promote the University's mission. Duties: Mops, sweeps, waxes, and polishes floors Cleans and dusts furniture, equipment, etc. Locks and unlocks offices, classrooms, and conference areas. Contact with others is of a routine nature Collects and disposes of wastepaper and refuse Vacuums carpeted areas where applicable Maintains lavatories and rest rooms in a sanitary condition May shovel snow from doorways and sidewalks Performs related duties as assigned

Requirements

• No Formal Education or Experience
• Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
• Customer service
• Must be willing to wear and maintain uniforms provided by the department
