JARS Cannabis is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to join our Distribution team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our staff and operations. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Able to stand and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card (ADHS).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas with minimal supervision.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and declutter throughout the facility.
• Clean and restock restrooms; sanitize high-touch and high-traffic areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom, including appliances and refrigerator.
• Clean walls, furniture, fixtures, and outdoor areas as needed.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies; communicate low inventory to the purchasing team.
• Use approved chemicals, tools, and procedures to ensure thorough sanitation.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Report any needed repairs or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist occasionally with assembling or moving furniture.
• Complete all assigned tasks without disrupting operational workflow.
