About The Position

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition at all times. Performs medium to heavy cleaning in designated production areas, breakrooms, and office space as outlined below.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work in an organized manner and with minimum supervision.
Must have excellent reliability, and moderate flexibility with schedule to work as needed.
Must be able to work as part of a team environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the general cleaning and trash pickup of all production, main office, interior, and exterior building areas including parking areas
Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming floors
Service, clean, sanitize, and supply items in all facility restrooms
Responsible for the replenishment of all water/ice containers (if applicable) for the production teams within the assigned shift
Responsible for cleaning all assigned areas as assigned by management
Will prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and chemicals in specific containers, according to specifications
Dust walls, ceilings, machines, and equipment as instructed by management
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs to buildings or operating systems
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning, restocking, and maintenance duties
Other duties as assigned by management
