Position Overview: The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our advanced manufacturing facility, ensuring it always reflects the highest standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 4 years of relevant custodial or maintenance experience, demonstrating proficiency in key tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and other relevant software for communication and task management.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift and move objects, and stay active throughout the workday.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a structured workspace.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, emptying trash receptacles
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the grounds.
  • Complete tasks and projects independently, minimizing disruptions to production.
  • Identify and report hazardous conditions and maintenance needs to management.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and comply with all workplace policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
