Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for a part-time Custom Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Sedalia, MO location! Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is a family-owned leader in school photography and yearbook publishing, proudly serving schools nationwide for over 90 years. By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies, we provide high-quality yearbooks, portraits, and publishing services with a personal touch and commitment to excellence. Position Overview: We’re seeking a Custom Fulfillment Coordinator to support our Marketing team by managing custom print orders, sales supply fulfillment, and inventory coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping commercial and internal print jobs moving smoothly from quote to shipment.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Experience with order processing, fulfillment, inventory, or customer support.
- Familiarity with shipping processes or production coordination.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from territories regarding custom print requests.
- Prepare quotes for custom print jobs as assigned.
- Complete all required paperwork for production and shipping.
- Track commercial and in-house print jobs through the production process.
- Troubleshoot order, production, or shipping issues as they arise.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
- Answer phone calls and emails related to Sales Supply orders.
- Maintain Sales Supply inventory, both physically and on the website.
- Fulfill and ship Sales Supply orders accurately and on time.
- Complete required shipping documentation.
- Maintain Photographer Shirt inventory.
- Assemble, fulfill, and ship convention kits and materials.
