KI is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator (CAC) to join our OEI Government team! The CAC will be based at KI's Corporate Office in Green Bay, and will provide exceptional sales, product and order support to an assigned OEI Sales team member and their customers. This role is responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities for their assigned group. Pre-sales activities include providing quotes, pricing and related support. Post-sales activities include coordinating transportation and delivery dates, as well as ensuring timely resolution of quality issues. The position will also require travel to customer sites approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
