Customer Account Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Global Accounts Receivable is hiring a Customer Account Management Specialist (Customer Account Manager – Level 3)) to support the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supplier Accounts Receivable team located in Dallas, Texas; Hazelwood, Missouri; Hialeah, Florida; or Renton, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Primary contact for assigned BCA supplier accounts responsible for collections processes, invoicing disputes, credit requests, and cash application resolution Develop and implement specific supplier account strategies toward goal of clearing customers past due balances Partners with Supply Chain Contract Procurement Agents for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) on development of plans on more complex customer accounts/transactions ensuring One Boeing through strategy and execution Identify & manage high risk customers by developing and implementing business risk and collection strategy to minimize risk exposure Lead and support negotiations to resolve customer account receivable issues. Support invoicing issues and dispute resolution, performance, risk assessment and management of customer accounts Provides technical and operational guidance to peers, BCA programs, business units and management This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
