About The Position

We are looking for a driven, passionate and intuitive Customer Business Manager to manage our Key Wholesale partners and a number of our retailers in the convenience channel. You will be working on a portfolio of strategic brands including KITKAT, ALLEN’S and across the confectionery and snacks category. With an interest in developing your career in sales, your role will involve executing strategic category initiatives, delivering sales growth & managing trade investment. You will be joining a passionate and dynamic team, you will work closely with our Sales team to develop and maintain strategies for your portfolio to achieve internal and external sales objectives. 

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an Account Management role; ideally within FMCG.
  • At least 2 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, distributor or retail operations. Existing relationships with The Distributors group would also be an advantage.
  • You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales
  • You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team managing the Nestle relationship with our key clients.
  • As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt communicate style with stakeholders.
  • You will be results focused and be motivated to achieve the best results for both Nestle and your customer.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and managing customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives
  • Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, retailer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
  • Being the key Nestlé contact for all enquiries, internal and external, relevant to your category
  • Supporting the development of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally
