About The Position

CITY Laundering Company is seeking a proactive Customer Care Manager to support our Healthcare Division. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving service issues, and ensuring high satisfaction among healthcare clients. The Customer Care Manager will work closely with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to maintain strong service standards and support account growth. Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, logistics, healthcare services, or commercial laundry preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare customers.
Manage customer relationships, including service performance, deliveries, product needs, and inventory levels.
Address and resolve customer concerns or service escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee onboarding and implementation of new healthcare accounts.
Monitor service performance, including response times, customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and accounts receivable.
Identify opportunities to improve service and drive account growth.
Work cross-functionally with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure service reliability.
Prepare reports on customer performance and service improvements.
