Making every customer interaction count! This role supports users across voice, chat, and email, delivering a consistent experience across all channels. Must be able to work onsite: 105 Live Oaks Gardens, Casselberry, FL 32707

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with call center software and telecommunication tools
  • Retail or related customer service experience
  • Good data entry/keyboard skills; 40 WPM minimum
  • Experience with channels of support, including voice, e-mail, social and/or chat.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications: email, internet navigation
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good judgment, adaptability, high stress tolerance and resilience
  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times.
