Role Overview As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current SuretyBonds.com clients. Customer Care Representatives support clients through a variety of methods including phone, chat, and email. Team members are problem solvers and committed to providing the best customer experience in surety.
Requirements

- Passion, drive, and work ethic to succeed within the company, team, and individually
- Customer service or insurance industry experience
- Comfortability with navigating basic CRM software and some data entry
Nice To Haves
- When applying, please note if you currently have a Missouri Property and Casualty License or are fluent in conversational Spanish (neither of which are required for candidate consideration).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client requests
- Finalize transactions including payment, legal documents, and finance agreements
- Analyze problems and seek customer resolutions
- Multitask over multiple service platforms
- Effectively communicate underwriting decisions to clients
- Communicate industry trends to leadership
- Assist with system improvements
- Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment
- All Customer Care Representatives must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. SuretyBonds.com pays for training and exam fees.
