Role Overview As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current SuretyBonds.com clients. Customer Care Representatives support clients through a variety of methods including phone, chat, and email. Team members are problem solvers and committed to providing the best customer experience in surety.

  • Customer service or insurance industry experience
  • Comfortability with navigating basic CRM software and some data entry

Nice To Haves

  • When applying, please note if you currently have a Missouri Property and Casualty License or are fluent in conversational Spanish (neither of which are required for candidate consideration).
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client requests
  • Finalize transactions including payment, legal documents, and finance agreements
  • Analyze problems and seek customer resolutions
  • Multitask over multiple service platforms
  • Effectively communicate underwriting decisions to clients
  • Communicate industry trends to leadership
  • Assist with system improvements
  • Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment
  • All Customer Care Representatives must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. SuretyBonds.com pays for training and exam fees.
