Now Hiring: Customer Care Representatives Location: Onsite - Norton, VA Hourly Rate: $17.00 (Extra pay for evening, weekend and overnight shifts) What Will Your Job Look Like? Our Customer Care Representatives are the frontline ambassadors of MTM Health.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Virginia and be able to work on-site at our Norton, VA office
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with strong navigation abilities
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
- Take on 60–80 calls per day (Mondays may see higher volume)
- Support callers with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Increase task complexity as your skills grow
