Requirements

2 years of relevant work experience
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent phone manner – able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
Call Center Representative experience
Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
Eager to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Talk to our customers about any of our services [pest control, lawn, termite, etc.]
Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc.

Starting pay is $19 per hour
