Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, construction management, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer support.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and positivity when things get busy.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers by phone, email, chat, and text to answer questions and provide support.
  • Communicate clearly, simplify information, give updates, and follow up as needed.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, process transactions, and schedule services.
  • Build strong product knowledge to answer questions and recommend solutions.
  • Share customer feedback to support process and service improvements.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth, positive customer experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant customer service environment.
