Position Summary: The Customer Care Technician is responsible for pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity, documenting, processing, and occasionally delivering orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers
  • Thorough knowledge of job-related policies
  • Good driving record (Criminal Background Checks / Motor Vehicle Records checks and extensive DOT drug test will be performed), required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree or higher, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
  • Reviewing parts orders and pulling parts.
  • Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct and that the correct parts were pulled.
  • Packaging, shipping or delivering parts to customers.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Maintaining documentation for shipment and delivery.
  • Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and/or transportation services to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
  • Creating individual processes to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
