Customer Exit Representative - FT
About The Position
We’re hiring immediately! Do you enjoy staying active and helping customers finish their experience on a positive note? If you’re friendly, confident, and take pride in providing smooth, efficient service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations. In this role, you’ll work in an active environment and have the opportunity to earn additional incentives while supporting customers as they complete their rental and continue their travels. What You’ll Do: You will assist customers as they exit our airport rental locations. Depending on the location, this may include checking driver’s licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles for damage, entering information into a handheld device or computer, and offering additional products and services. Throughout each interaction, you will provide professional, attentive customer service to ensure a smooth and positive rental return experience.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in providing great customer service
- Willingness to work outdoors or in an exit booth
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to type, sit or stand for prolonged periods and enter, exit, or drive vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Nice To Haves
- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
