• Strong, pro-active communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop customer and serve staff relationships
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• One to two years of relevant work experience, including retail or warehouse experience
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Minister of the g ospel
• Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and maintain ing Hope’s Closet merchandising standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling of money
• Support daily operations related to the customer experience
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Help lead and work alongside serve staff
• Assist with donation receiving and inventory sorting as needed
• Maintain organization of inventory and supplies on the s ales floor and at the cash wrap
