About The Position

The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional customer service while supporting branch sales enablement and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring accurate order processing, strong lead management, CRM/ERP discipline, and a smooth, professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Comfortable in warehouse and customer-facing environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the counter, phone, and email
  • Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
  • Triage and route inbound leads; track follow-ups in CRM/ERP
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Support sales documentation and quote-to-order coordination
  • Pick, pack, receive, and stock inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe showroom and warehouse
