You’ll work closely with the owner in a small, growing company where your work has a direct impact on customers, operations, and day-to-day success. Our focus is simple: deliver a stress-free flooring experience where everything is handled from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, following up consistently, and keeping things organized. If you like closing loops, booking appointments, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you will do well here. This is not a passive administrative role. Most communication is proactive, and comfort with outbound calls and follow-ups is required. This role owns the front end of the customer experience. When a lead comes in, you help turn interest into booked appointments, ensure timely follow-up, support local marketing and community events, and keep systems organized so customers feel informed and taken care of.
