The Customer Experience Project Analyst is responsible for reviewing government rated purchase orders for applicable FAR/DFAR clauses, assessing duty free entry requirements, and identifying potential liability exposure. This role partners closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and supports the design and execution of future state Duty Free Entry processes. Additional responsibilities include tariff reporting, tracking, and reconciliation within SAP, supporting collections on unpaid tariffs, and communicating risks and status updates to senior leadership. The analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the order to cash process.
