DentalEZ , a revolutionary in the dentistry industry, is looking for an Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Hillsboro, OR . About the Job: The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing product order support to dental industry dealer representatives, dental practitioners, DentalEZ Sales colleagues and internal associates via phone, email, Skype, FaceTime and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as advocate for the customer.
  • Based in an office environment, field requests from customers for order support, i.e. order placement, order follow-up, return authorizations and consignment orders, via Oracle, an automated call distribution system and other digital media.
  • Provide accurate product information, basic technical and part number assistance to customers.
  • Provide accurate and prompt product information and feedback to Marketing for the development of product literature.
  • Compile accurate and complete order history, call history and other information as requested.
  • Document customer interaction details electronically in database.
