As a Customer Experience Representative, you work on the front line of customer service. You are the primary phone contact for sales, provision of services, problem resolution, payment arrangements, billing inquiries, general inquiries, and account maintenance. You will assist our customers with any questions or issues they have with our products or services. As you take phone calls and respond to inquiries, you attentively listen to our clients and isolate the problems you can address. Because you are knowledgeable about field services and network operations, you are able to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently. You also schedule installations for new accounts as well as offer new services for current accounts. Customer satisfaction is your top priority, so you are proactive about anticipating current and potential needs. You are motivated to develop your own skills, which you achieve by attending regular team meetings and training.
