You will be the first point of contact for our clients to answer questions regarding all our products. You'll work cross functionally with our stations team to provide support for customer issues that may arise at our stations. If it's about a customers RV rental, our department takes pride in offering high-level support and troubleshooting guidance to our customers before and during their memory making travels. Requirements

  • 2 years’ minimum customer service experience.
  • Inbound/Outbound call experience.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
  • Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Knowledge of Zendesk or a similar CRM system is a plus.
  • Must have availability to work during standard operational hours 8am-8pm PST Monday-Sunday.
  • Able to work independently & experience working remotely.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Multilingual is a plus.
  • Experience in providing customers with world class customer service in a car dealership, car rental and/or U-Haul industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or a similar CRM system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Personalized Customer Assistance: Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, prospects, and station teams β€” guiding them through bookings, products, and operations with confidence.
  • Support customers at every stage of their journey: from pre-trip questions and booking guidance, to real-time on-the-road help (workshops, accidents, replacements), to post-trip claims research and negotiation.
  • Hands-on with On the Road support, assisting the customer with finding workshop services, accidents, and replacements. Working closely with Maintenance & Repair Team.
  • First-Level-Support: Take ownership of customer issues with urgency and professionalism, turning obstacles into solutions.
  • Troubleshoot RV and equipment issues, delivering fast and thoughtful resolutions tailored to each customer β€” always with clear communication and proper follow-through.
  • Partner with station teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
  • Operations: Manage booking updates, changes, and cancellations with careful notation and timely follow-up.
  • Leverage our CRM, reservation systems, GDS, Microsoft Suite, and basic AI tools to stay organized and keep things running smoothly in a fully remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy, as this is a remote position. Comfortable with basic software troubleshooting. Use of Microsoft Suites, Reservation Systems, GDS, and Basic AI business tools.
  • Ability to participate twice a year in company Collaboration Days (C days!) where all remote employees join the team at the station closest to them and by proving extra hands support for any area the station needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate across departments and with our international team to continuously raise the bar on service quality.
  • Work closely with your Supervisor on escalations to ensure the right issues get the right attention.
