About The Position

AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The four distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are: EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets. STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets. SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate. This role is in support of our EPSI business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the distribution or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and empathy with a proven ability to understand customers needs and convey solutions effectively.
  • Analytical skills allowing for quick and informed decisions to improve the customer experience and buying journey.
  • Sales acumen demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue without compromising service quality.
  • Collaboration showing a proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, including marketing and engineering.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred to have significant experience utilizing HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Work to hit revenue targets and grow business through contacting customers and developing business opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer experience metrics and sales performance to management.
